Africa's first ladies are pushing governments to provide a fully integrated package for care to mothers and children to safeguard their lives. Their push comes from the premise that one in every 16 young women in sub saharan Africa stand a high risk of dying during child birth or pregnancy related complications in Africa, more than any other Continent.
