South Africa's ruling party, the ANC says its Top Six leaders will "descend upon" Cape Town on Monday to urgently address the crisis in the party in the Western Cape Province. This comes after the ANC Western Cape secretary was asked to step down, pending an investigation into alleged sexual assault allegations against him. The ANC top brass will also look into leadership battles in the Western Cape, the only one of South Africa's nine provinces not run by the African National Congress.
