The ANC WOMENS LEAGUE will hold its elective conference this week.
Addressing the media in Johannesburg's League President Angie Motshekga said she will deal with the issue of a woman president for South Africa in the political report she will deliver at the League's National Congress later this week.
Motshekga said that she was misunderstood when she was quoted as saying that South Africa was not ready for a female president ahead of the 2014 national elections.
