At Least 29 Wounded In Car Bomb Near State Offices In Cairo

ISIL militants have claimed responsibility for a car bombing in Cairo. At least 29 people were wounded in the attack in the Shubra al-Khaima district. The target appears to have been a nearby security building and courthouse. Witnesses say the explosion went off while cars were waiting at a traffic light.
