Benin set for presidential election amid crackdown

The small West African nation of Benin is preparing for its presidential election this weekend amid signs of increased authoritarianism.
With more than a dozen candidates disqualified, President Patrice Talon is expected to face a weakened opposition after several changes to election laws.
