AFCON finalists Egypt gained 12 places globally to take the top spot on the continent, with Senegal in third. Tunisia are in the fourth place ahead of fellow AFCON semi-finalists, the DRC. Globally, Argentina remain top of the world rankings in an unchanged top five, followed by Brazil, Germany, Chile and Belgium.
