Cape Verde governing party retains power after winning parliamentary polls

Cape Verde's ruling party Movement for Democracy has returned to power with a majority after winning Sunday's parliamentary election.
Prime Minister Ulisses Correia e Silva ran a campaign based on turning around the tourism-dependant economy which the coronavirus pandemic has shrunk.
Opposition leader Janira Hopffer Almada says the government has mismanaged the economy.
