South Africa is the continent's worst-hit country for coronavirus infections and deaths. Over 30,000 people have tested positive for the disease, and hospitals are reaching breaking point. Doctors are forced to prioritize patients, some of which have been waiting for three days to get a bed. DW's Adrian Kriesch visited a Cape Town hospital. His report contains upsetting scenes.
