The high levels of illiteracy among women in Africa is an issue that needs to be addressed - and urgently. That's according to experts attending a higher education conference in Djibouti. They're concerned poor literacy will not only overshadow efforts to empower women, but also slow down economic progress on the continent. From Djibouti, CGTN's Coletta Wanjohi reports.
