Egyptian authorities have been demolishing historic cemeteries across the City of the Dead at the heart of Cairo, for a new construction project. People have been receiving notifications to exhume the dead bodies of their relatives prior to the demolitions. Critics say the move is endangering one of the city's most important cultural landmarks.
