Egyptian Pound Remains Weak, Investors & Traders Welcome Devaluation

The Egyptian pound remained weak on Monday, its second day of trading in the free market. However, traders and investors in the country have welcomed the devaluation and they are optimistic that the local unit will recover, if investments start to flow back into the North African country. Egypt abandoned the pound's peg of 8.8 to the dollar last Thursday. Yasser Hakim, filed this report.
