Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, has sworn in his Cabinet comprising 33 Ministries, a week after he assigned Oil Minister Sherif Ismail to form one. The previous Cabinet resigned over claims of corruption and under performance. CCTV's Adel EL Mahrouky reports on this.
