Eleven Lesotho Youths were granted free bail after spending a weekend in detention. The riot squad dispersed a group of young people attempting to deliver a petition to parliament citing lack of employment and quality education opportunities. After demonstrating the appalling conditions these youth were detained under, the Defense counsel pleaded for the charges to be dropped and the group to be freed on free bail.
