Ethiopia PM defends handling of Tigray conflict after rebel gains

Ethiopia's Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed is defending the decision to fight rebels in the northern Tigray region.
Leaders in Tigray say they would accept a federal government ceasefire if certain demands are met.
Speaking in parliament on Monday, the prime minister described Tigrayan forces as a danger to the rest of the country.
