Ethiopia To Build Industrial Parks To Keep Its Youth In The Country

The government of Ethiopia has yet to give the go-ahead on the construction of two industrial parks after receiving an offer of half-a-billion dollars from the European Union, Britain and the World Bank. Donors hope the funds will reduce migration into Europe. But there are already concerns that those it's intended to assist won't directly benefit from the project. Coletta Wanjohi reports.
