Ethiopian Airlines has begun hiring Chinese nationals as cabin crew in line with the airline's continued focus on building market share within the Asia-Africa market. As CCTV's Girum Chala reports, the airline is flying growing numbers of Chinese passengers and wants its staff to reflect its international customer base.
