Police in Zimbabwe dispersed anti-government protestors who were demonstrating against a worsening economy. The protests did not last long. The protestors had been calling for the resignation of the central bank governor over a long running cash shortage. Security forces have also been cracking down on illegal foreign currency traders. Government has blamed economic saboteurs for fueling the discontent and panic buying which saw some basic commodities disappear from shelves last week
