Over 17 million South Africans who rely on social grants may find themselves out in the cold come April. This follows growing confusion over how the payments will be made after the contract for managing the government's social welfare payments comes to an end. As Sumitra Nydoo reports, this confusion has left many families who rely on the grants very worried.
