Uganda used to have the third highest number of new HIV infections in Sub-Saharan Africa last year, reversing its reputation for successfully tackling the epidemic in the 1990’s. Although the percentage of people living with HIV/aids is still half of what it used to be in the 80’s, the increase of new infections is worrying. Serginho Roosblad talks to health workers in Kampala.
