Egyptian Christians have been fleeing the country's Sinai region for a fourth day. ISIL militants are targeting Egypt's Coptic Christians there. Sectarian killings are on the rise in Sinai. More than a hundred families have fled. But Egyptian authorities have been stepping in to help re-settle them. Susan Mwongeli has more.
