On Sunday the 30th of October voters, in Cote d'Ivoire will take part in a constitutional referendum. Campaigns began on Saturday the 22nd and will end tomorrow. The ruling party is drumming support for the proposed constitution, arguing that the draft is necessary to steer the country forward after years of political violence.
