Kenyan will soon have another world first, if all goes according to plan, as Kenyans will be able to buy Treasury Bonds, on their mobile phones.
The product that will let them do so, is called M-Akiba, which roughly connotes "mobile saving". This is the latest expansion of Safaricom's payment platform, MPESA.
