EFF leader Julius Malema will be back in court over fraud and corruption charges - Tuesday morning.
The case was postponed after it emerged that one of his co-accused is in hospital. Kagiso Dichabe was admitted in July.
He, Malema and another co-accused Lesiba Gwangwa are accused of fraud, corruption and racketeering - relating to a multi million tender in 2009 awarded by the Limpopo Roads and Transport department to ON POINT ENGINEERING.
