Mali’s M5 opposition rallies in support of military gov’t

Published
Thousands of people in Mali's capital have come out to show their support for the military as it faces an international backlash over last month's coup.
It was the first rally backing Colonel Assimi Goita since he seized power last month.
The demonstration was called by the M5 opposition movement.
M5 was behind mass protests last year and its leader has now been put forward to become the new prime minister.
Al Jazeera's Nicolas Haque reports from Bamako, Mali.
