Lamu Old Town - along the Kenyan coastline - is a far cry from the traditional town it used to be. The alleyways that were once scattered by the movement of donkeys are now flooded with motorcycles.
The once beautiful sea-front is now littered with stalls and shops, in direct contravention of the UNESCO town requirements.
