Since 1999, Nigeria has received a huge amount of recovered funds which had been looted by previous military regimes, from the countries where they were hidden. Exactly how much has been returned and how that money is spent, however, has always remained a mystery to the public. A court has now ordered the government to disclose the total amount of funds recovered so far and how they were spent. CCTV's Deji Badmus has more.
