Omicron: South Africa says no need to impose lockdown

South Africa is dealing with its fourth wave of coronavirus, this time caused by the Omicron variant.
The government says it has the resources to deal with the surge in cases, but infections are growing.
And officials are concerned about the number of children under the age of five who are being admitted to hospital.
