The future of a proposed trade deal between the East African Community and the European Union is in doubt after Tanzania's president called it a form of colonialism. John Magufuli says he doesn't believe the proposed economic partnership agreement will benefit African countries. The deal has taken more than a decade to negotiate -- and has already been signed by Kenya and Rwanda. However, it can't go ahead until all EAC member states agree on the terms. Dan Ashby reports
