Uganda's Ministries of Health and Agriculture say two people have so far died after testing Positive for Rift Valley Fever. Laboratory tests by the Uganda Virus Institute, from samples collected out of two Central Uganda districts confirm the outbreak. CGTN's Michael Baleke has that report.
