Africa's the continent worst affected by climate change. It also has the least emissions of any other continent, but it's been bearing the brunt of shifting weather patterns. The continent is also facing its worst El-Nino weather phenomenon in decades. In South Africa that's translated into a prolonged drought - and water shortages. CCTV's Yolisa Njamela has more.
