South Africa's coal sector is about to be rocked to its core following a decision by two of it's biggest labour unions to declare a dispute against the chamber of mines and some of its members. This is all because coal producers don't want to negotiate centrally any longer, but individually. Unions have relied on centralized bargaining during wage negotiations to get the same deal for all of their members. CGTN's Angelo Coppola has more
