Tanzanians vote in elections marred by accusations of fraud

Ballots are being counted in Tanzania but opposition leader Tundu Lissu says the election has been marred by widespread vote-rigging.
President John Magufuli is hoping to secure a second five-year term but his government has been accused of cracking down on dissent.
Opposition leaders say electoral observers were turned away from polling stations and reported several instances of ballot stuffing.
