Health experts in Uganda are concerned about the rising cases of mental illness. They say while the country's major mental health facility admits about 3,000 patients every year, many people are missing out on treatment. They attribute this to limited mental health facilities in the country and a shortage of healthcare providers. CGTN's Hillary Ayesiga caught up with a survivor who is now an activist against depression.
