Five years after sparking the popular revolts that led to political realignment across the Arab World, Tunisia is still struggling to tackle economic challenges. The unemployment rate is high and most families can barely make ends meet. An impoverished Tunisian family in the arid southwest area of Kasserine, has now turned to collecting Halfa grass, in order to make a modest living.
