U.S. State Department Approves Multimillion-dollar Weapons Sale

Before Donald Trump was sworn in, one of Barack Obama's final acts as president was to submit an application to Congress about a multimillion-dollar arms deal with Kenya. The weapons are meant to aid Kenya in the fight against al-Shabaab. The U.S. State Department has since approved the sale -- but it still needs the go-ahead from Congress. And Trump and Obama don't see eye to eye on the fight against al-Shabaab in the Horn of Africa. Kate Fisher reports from Washington, D.C
