Zimbabwe's government has started issuing leases to white commercial farmers. State media quoted the country's lands minister as saying white farmers recommended by their provinces would remain on their farms.
Zimbabwe's land reform program started in 2000, where land was taken from white commercial farmers and handed to previously land less blacks.
