Zimbabwe convicts novelist Tsitsi Dangarembga for protesting

Award-winning novelist Tsitsi Dangarembga was handed a six-month suspended sentence and a fine of 70,000 Zimbabwean dollars (around $200) for "inciting violence". The writer held up a sign calling for reform at a small protest during the coronavirus pandemic.
