Zimbabwe's former Deputy Prime Minister Arthur Mutambara says that the country needs better election management, the end to polarising politics and better economic policies to recover from the current meltdown. He made the comments at a symposium hosted by the International Relations Department in Pretoria. Minister Naledi Pandor delivered the key address - saying that it's important for the SADC region to assist Zimbabwe to facilitate economic recovery.
